J truck T-18 behind a buick 350 input shaft length?

I found a J truck T-18 that the seller says was behind a Buick 350. I am about to drive a very long ways to buy the just the bellhousing and T-18. Does anyone know how long the input shaft is from the front of the trans case to the tip of the input? I have been looking for hours and am about cross eyed.

It would be 68-70 in years.

It also looks like I might be looking for a buick 350 flywheel. TA performance sells them new but I would prefer OEM.

Shaft length is 13.25 long.
I just picked one up last weekend so it was still setting in the garage.
It was out of a 70 Wagoneer

It came out of a Wagon with a 350 Buick. 1970.
I bought the engine, flywheel, clutch, bell housing. transmission, but not the model 20 TC

It was a forest service wagon and all rusted out.
You no the gov buys bare bones.

I had a good day yesterday. Major find as I got the T-18, the bellhousing for the buick 350, and my next search was a T-98. I am going to build another M715. The divorced T-98 will get the input shaft and bearing retainer for a fit behind the buick 350.
The seller was a great guy. There were 2 really neat Cherokee's he had. One had plow duty.
He had the T-98 I needed sitting right next to the T-18. I scored all three parts in one run. 882 miles and 15 hours later.
I will post pictures shortly. With dimensions.

OK here is the T-98, the J truck T-18 and the Buick 350 cast iron long bellhousing. Worth every mile I drove. To top it off the seller 79 wolfpack and his wife were a hoot to talk to. We could have visited a lot longer but needed to make it home.

The J truck T-18 for the Buick 350 has an input shaft of 13 inches on the money. From the front face of the transmission case to the tip.

The Buick 350 bellhousing is 12 5/8 in length. And heavy as cast iron would be.

On the T-18 but not bolted solid.

So there are the dimensions I looked forever for and never found. Hopefully this will help the next person trying to find out the same stuff.

Now to find a divorced NP205 from a dodge or IH.
I pick up the M715 this coming Saturday North of Seattle. Another long drive ahead.

I like the direction you are going with the truck.
Glad not seeing a Chevy 35.

I really like the Buicks. I cut my wrench turning teeth on my 69 CJ 225 V-6 38 years ago. I still have that old jeep. The way all these parts have come together has been amazing. All I need is the fork now. A friend of mine is giving me a Buick flywheel. <----- Somehow, I will get busy on my X model wagoneer AND this M715 that I hope to get this Saturday. I need to focus most on the waggie. I miss that old crate. The Buick 350 is in the corner on a stand. It's got about 8K miles on a total rebuild. So at least that is done.

I need to find a divorced NP205. Rare also.
