I have found that the hilift is a good auto body tool. I rolled my VW Sciroccoo last winter, and the roof was caved in a little too much to allow the driver's door to close. In comes the hilift...I put it in the door opening along the door sill on a block of wood to disperse the load, and jacked it up...after some creaking and groaning, my roof was relatively straight and my door closed with no problems. To this day I am still driving the VW as a DD. A poorman's port-o-power!
Lets hear some other interesting uses
