Okay, it's been a minute.

The jeep still isn't actually done. I'm not sure it ever will be.
It's been spending it's days sitting in a gravel lot soaking up rays with a little solar panel to keep the battery up....

It could be chunks from the fuel pump's diaphram. Do you have a way to do a pressure test?
I would also suggest putting in a clear filter to see what's going through your lines.

I know it may sound like a no brainer but check your baseplate gasket, you just rebuilt your carb did you reuse your old one?

Should work, you will need to bind them to the new vehicle or it won't know to listen to them. A little google action tells me the TPMS sensors for both the 2010 jk and your 06 commander are the same...
