Power steering cap

I, being an idiot broke the cap on the power steering pump.


If anyone has one laying around please let me know. Looked on ebay but didn't see one that looked like mine, most were newer ones. :(

I tore the hell out of my steel one getting it off, whatever somebody used to install the last gasket was INSANELY strong and just wouldn't let...

258 Valve cover

Mine was leaking BAD and went to change it. I don't know what they used to put the last gasket on but it would NOT come off, I had to do some heavy prying & wedging & more prying.....

I was under the impression that a cleaner hotter spark would be an improvement over the points distributor.


Would it not be an upgrade to ho with an HEI unit over the points set-up?

I was just reading a spec sheet on my 74' Cherokee and although I have the 3.54 gears the spec sheet said there was an optional 4.09 set???


I haven't seen that before. You guys heard of a 4.09-1...
