Just bought a Holley Sniper EFI for the old Waggy and need a place to put the 3/8 NPT temp sensor on my stock 4 barrel Ford Spread Bore manifold. Any suggestions?

No one makes the hose you require. You need to either find an old Ford and scrounge the wire from inside the old hose or do what I did and install one of those universal flex hoses like shown here...
