So I took it to get smogged again today. It didn't finish. The tech said it was because the RPM's wont stay steady enough for the computer. ANOTHER problem with the waggy. Any help on that one?

Didn't help. It got quieter when I did my oil change and put the Lucas Oil Stabalizer in it, but it didn't fully go away.
