All the bolts should be the same length and not need extra washers for spacers. At least that's the way the three 360s I've pulled all were.

I washed it with a Scotch-Brite pad the other day. It removed the lichens and some of the loose paint chips and brightened the white up a lot. I kind of like the look.

I think I will go ahead and trade for the axles and then be on the lookout for a Dodge NP208 here. I imagine shipping from WA would be pretty steep since it won't fit in a flat rate box.
