He only has the MAP hooked up to the back of the TBI with the distributor on straight manifold and the canister/ball for the heater controls and cruise. All the rest of his emissions stuff is gone....

IIRC it is one at the bottom and two at the top...
IIRC it is one at the bottom and two at the top and the regulator has to be positioned just right to access all three.
