IIRC, he doesn't have stock NT axles, I believe they are a set from a J-truck, so he had a little more room to work with as far as backspacing goes

I wheeled a QT rig with a lock right in the rear...
I wheeled a QT rig with a lock right in the rear and open front for a while, with no problems. I always engaged e-drive when off road, so the front and rear were locked in at 50/50.

The kit I was referring to is a bolt-on for dodge d60. Look up GubNi on either Pirate4x4 or NC4x4. $385 shipped and it comes with everything you need, no modification required.
