you can leave the egr valve on the intake just put a hose "somewhere".
and congrats on the ez-efi!!!!!!!! i installed one on a gm 502 a couple months ago very impressive system just big $$$$$$$$$$$.

search around on the hydro stuff their are a few places that can drill and tap a reman box for you and...

i decided to do a diy tbi back in the spring and that was the best thing i ever done for this truck. it could stand a little more fuel in the tune so i may send the chip back...

my 03 dodge with a common rail cummins has the turbo down low under the manifold and close to the block. i think that would also help routing the ext pipe.

well i got my tbi up and running and tuned in by bill hamilton (big thanks bill)
this past weekend i took it 3hrs away to windrock ohv and it was flawless uphill down hill side hills it didnt care....
