Just to muddy the waters, some early TBI vehicles did have actual baffles in the tanks to help keep fuel on the pump assy. I've seen it, and I've had a lot of tanks out of GM vehicles.

I know. I have to fight the reverse torx all the time. I'd much rather have the 12 point style. I can easily double up box end wrenches, where as with the e-torx, not so much.

I'm no expert on 208s, but if I were putting that seal in the transfer case, the up side would go 'out'. Not sure how you could have put it in backwards with that lip on the edge.
