Have a look for dodge Dana 60 70 and 80 rear axles brake parts ,or maybe you could drill a couple more holes into the flange to match the jeep disk brake conversion parts!

Walbro makes fuel pumps to that work with a pressure sensor ,so it doesn't run al the time but only when needed.
Maybe that could be a option so you don't have the running noise all the time and...

The idea is good ,but pouring alloy molds isn't that easy and there is always a bit of slag on top of the liquid alloy that needs to be removed so you have loss of material.

My J-4000 had a booth upside down into the body opening because the transfer stick doesn't stick out that long.
It was a booth without the harmonic model but looked pretty original.
