Lifted Cherokees Show me your Y-pipe!

I have finally gotten around to the exhaust on my 76 Cherokee. Because of the lift (4" Rusty's) , the front driveshaft interfered with the Y-pipe and prevented it's installation.

I just had a problem that caused my fusible link to fry. It turned out that the "mechanic" I gave the absolutely dead battery to charged it backwards...

I should mention that I have no clue as to the history of the engine. The guy I bought it from claimed it was out of a 72 J truck. The amount of crud on it made me think that it had not been opened...

I have to say that I am quite jealous of those away from the rust belt.

I'm extremely lucky to find any FSJ, and when I do, it us usually gone below the beltline from rust.
