Just cant spend the money for a nice paint when I know it will get banged up. Anyone use primer and does it keep the rust away? Not much of a rust problem here in CA.

Make sure you check the vacuum hose to the egr valve. This has to open to burn off the NOx. I failed the CA emissions 3 times.

Do not paint your wifes Jeep with Durabak! I have heard enough from my wife about scratching herself on the paint. Also, the Durabak fades too quickly. Mine faded to a dull color in about 3 months.

When you pull the transfer off you will see tranny fluid. The quad trac has two seals and a gasket that goes between the transfer and tranny.
